命令创建应用出错，无法创建应用
问题描述
使用命令php webman app-plugin:create {插件标识}可以在本地创建一个应用插件
提示Could not open input file: webman

执行
composer require webman/console额，原来仅仅是因为没有安装console，执行别的命令以为有了。怕污染没去试下装console。辛苦walkor了。
